Clinical Lead – Care Home
£23.00 per hour | Full-Time | Fully Supernumerary
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Clinical Lead to join our team. This is a fully supernumerary role, providing clinical leadership, supporting the nursing team, ensuring high standards of resident care, and driving quality and compliance across the home.
Requirements:
- Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN) with active NMC registration
- Previous experience as a Clinical Lead or Deputy Manager in a care home setting
- Strong leadership and clinical skills
- Commitment to delivering outstanding person-centred care
