We are currently looking for a part time customer service assistant to assist with the day to day running of our Adult gaming centre / Bingo venue.
When you join us as a customer service assistant, you will be responsible for the smooth running of the venue, working alongside a shift manager or supervisor. This will involve providing high levels of customer service and ensuring that the whole team is meeting the same high standard of customer care.
We are looking for a fast learner with good communication skills as you will be required to give our customers a warm welcome and maintain a safe and comfortable environment for them to spend their leisure time.
Our venue is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week so shift patterns will be varied on a rota basis. This vacancy will require morning, afternoon and evening shifts. Flexibility is important as weekend working will also be required.
Candidate requirements
- Previous customer service experience.
- Experience of working within the retail, hospitality or gambling industries.
- Experience of delivering high levels of customer service.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Must be aged 18+ due to gambling legislation.

- Advertise new products, promotional campaigns and offers using your excellent communication skills.
