Property Maintenance Technician- Stockton Students
Job Description
We are a fast growing family run business operating between Ormskirk & Liverpool. We are looking to recruit a full-time Multi Skilled Maintenance Operative to carry out a range of tasks within our student accommodation buildings.
We require an individual we can rely on, trust and act in a professional manner. It is key that you are able to manage your own time, work efficiently and be organised.
Duties will include:
- General plumbing repairs
- General electrical works
- General Joinery works
- 9am-5pm Work Hours
- Instructing Contractors
- Taking ownership of building maintenance
- Time Management
- Fire Alarm & Safety Testing
- Ground Maintenance
A minimum of 5 years’ experience is required.
Candidates must be able to drive, have a full UK driving license, have their own tools.
Due to the nature of this role involving direct contact with tenants, including students, any offer of employment will be subject to a satisfactory DBS check.
