As we have grown we are actively seeking a new Facilities & Maintenance Technician to ensure the building and grounds are secure, well-maintained, and compliant with Health & Safety standards. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a background in facilities or site maintenance to join us.
Duties
- Ensure the site remains compliant with Health & Safety and environmental standards
- Managing security systems and ensuring they are functioning properly.
- Carry out general maintenance, repairs, and improvement works across the premises and grounds
- Coordinate and oversee contractors for larger or specialist maintenance works
- Manage & maintain the relationship with the tenant within the building.
- Carry out Health & Safety audits
- General yard duties
Qualifications

- Good practical maintenance or facilities experience
- Excellent organisational skills, attention to detail and ability to multi-task
- A proactive and problem-solving mindset
- Good communication skills
- Fluent written and spoken English
