The Details
- Location: Sheffield City Centre
- Pay: £12.82 per hour | £23,150 Per Year (Guaranteed hours for peace of mind!)
- Hours: 10:00 – 18:00 (The "Sweet Spot" shift!)
- Schedule: 35 hours per week | Rota-based across 7 days.
- Flexibility: We work on a rota, but we are happy to accommodate a consistent 5-day week to hit your 35 hours.
The Role: What You’ll Be Doing
Your primary mission is the turnover of our stunning apartments between guest stays. You’ll be the boots on the ground making sure everything is "guest-ready."
- The Art of Housekeeping: Executing high-standard turnovers, including bed changing, full sanitization, and staging the property to look Pinterest-perfect.
- Guest Support: Acting as our local hero! You’ll be the friendly point of contact for check-in help or sharing your best local tips for a great stay.
- Property Care: You’ll have a sharp eye for maintenance needs and keep stock levels topped up so we’re never caught short.

What we need from you:
- A Valid Driver’s License: You’ll need your own vehicle to move between our beautiful local properties.
- Reliability: You love the consistency of a 10:00 start and an 18:00 finish.
- Attention to Detail: You notice the things others miss—the folded towel, the smudge-free mirror, the perfectly placed welcome pack.
- Availability: Comfortable working 35 hours across a 5-day rota, including some weekends.
