£26K-£55K OTE
We are seeking an experienced and driven B2B Sales Executive to join our growing business as a Business Development Executive. Working closely with our Leadership Team, you will play a key role in developing existing client relationships while proactively identifying and securing new business opportunities across our target markets.

- Proven experience in a B2B sales or business development role
- Confident and comfortable winning new business, including proactive cold calling and outreach
- Strong relationship-building and account management skills
- Results-driven with a consultative sales approach
- Resilient, self-motivated, and target-focused
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
The Role
- Maximise commercial opportunities within the existing client base, developing long-term partnerships
- Identify, target, and secure new business opportunities across defined markets
- Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact through to close
- Consistently achieve and exceed KPIs and revenue targets
- Maintain accurate records and pipeline activity using CRM systems
- Represent the business professionally at all times
