Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Supervisor to join our team. duties will include overseeing the onsite cleaning team, hands on cleaning duties, monitoring the communications book, actioning any issue raised, stock ordering and reporting issues.
Monday to Friday Term Time Only 5pm till 7.15pm
A DBS is required for this role, Candidates most hold photo ID
Responsibilities
- Perform cleaning duties in designated areas, including Classrooms, offices, communal spaces, and restrooms.
- Ensure all cleaning tasks are completed to a high standard, adhering to health and safety regulations.
- Use appropriate cleaning supplies and equipment safely and effectively.
- Report any issues in the communications book and Operations Manager
- Ordering cleaning supplies.
- Giving Feed back to the onsite Cleaning Team
Requirements
- Previous supervisory experience in a cleaning Supervisors role is preferred.
- Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanour.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Pay: £13.29 per hour
