Overview
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Restaurant Manager to lead our hospitality team. The successful candidate will oversee daily operations, ensure exceptional customer service, and maintain high standards of food safety and quality. Duties
- Supervise daily restaurant operations, including food preparation, serving, and kitchen activities
- Lead and motivate staff to deliver outstanding customer service and uphold company standards
- Oversee food safety protocols, ensuring compliance with health regulations and food hygiene standards
- Manage staff schedules, delegate tasks, and monitor performance to optimise team productivity
- Coordinate with kitchen staff on food production, ensuring timely delivery of dishes and maintaining quality control
- Handle customer enquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally to enhance guest satisfaction
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation within the restaurant environment
- Assist in training new staff members in service procedures, safety standards, and culinary practices
- Monitor stock levels, place orders, and manage inventory efficiently
Qualifications
- Proven supervising experience within a high-end restaurant or hospitality environment
- Strong team management skills with the ability to lead by example
- Extensive restaurant experience with knowledge of food preparation, cooking, and food safety standards
- Familiarity with culinary processes including food production and kitchen operations
- Previous experience in hospitality settings such as hotels or bars is advantageous
- Excellent leadership qualities combined with organisational skills
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Good communication skills and a professional demeanour
- Relevant qualifications in hospitality management or culinary arts are desirable
- 6 days a week, 8 hours per day.

Pay: £62,000.00 per year
