Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Clinical Administrator to join our healthcare team. We offer assessments for Autism and ADHD as NHS Right to Choose providers. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing administrative tasks associated with our medication pathway, ensuring smooth operations and effective communication between staff and patients. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with strong organisational skills and experience in medical administration to contribute to a professional healthcare environment. Responsibilities
- Managing patient appointments, scheduling, and cancellations
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records
- Handling incoming calls, emails, and enquiries with excellent communication skills to ensure clear and professional interactions
- Coordinating with medical staff to facilitate smooth clinic operations
- Organising administrative files, documents, and supplies efficiently
- Providing exceptional customer service to patients and visitors, addressing queries promptly and courteously
Experience
- Previous administrative experience within a healthcare or medical environment is preferred but not essential
- Proficiency in the use of Google workspace would be helpful, but training can be given
- Knowledge of medical terminology is advantageous
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal
- Demonstrated ability to manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in customer service roles is highly desirable
- Familiarity with IT systems used in healthcare settings will be considered an asset

Pay: £28,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
