Farrelly ltd is a small family run business. We specialise in construction building, landscaping and groundworks. All our work is domestic. In clients homes. We are looking for a skilled labour with a minimum experience of 5 years to join our small family run team. Applicant must be very presentable, clean and tidy. Punctual, reliable hard-working. We are friendly and hard-working team. Essential skills needed mixing mortar, concrete screed, able to use all power tools, including jackhammer disc cutters breakers, have knowledge in building industry, applicant must be able to take direction from supervisors, and to be able to work independently from drawings and designs
must have own transport to get to job site
Responsibilities:
- Perform various skilled labor tasks as assigned by supervisor
- Operate and maintain tools and equipment in a safe and efficient manner
- Assist with the construction, installation, and repair of structures and systems
- Collaborate with team members to ensure project completion within deadlines
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
Experience:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in skilled labor
- Proficient in using a variety of hand and power tools
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings
- Strong knowledge of construction materials, methods, and techniques
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
