Job Description
We’re currently looking for a Sales Agent to join our Sales team. In this role you would make outbound calls and be the first point of contact for prospective customers. You’ll gather relevant information to be passed to a Sales Consultant who would then consolidate the sale.
Swansea (On-Site)
Details of the Role
- Monday - Friday
- 40 hours per week
- £30,000 OTE
- 28 days holiday per year (inc. Bank Holidays and Christmas Shutdown)

Essential Criteria
- Experience in call centre operations
- Strong listening skills
- Attention to detail
- Reliable
- Has experience working in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Desirable Criteria
- Understanding of compliance standards
- Experience in a Life Insurance, Sales or Call Centre environment
