To sustain our continued growth, we are recruiting for an experienced, Skilled Fabricator Welder to work in our factory in Stoke-on-Trent. Grenville Engineering (Stoke-on-Trent) Ltd have a strong record of employment spanning almost 40 years. We are a rapidly expanding sheet metal fabrication company with potential opportunities for the right candidate.
To be considered for our position you must possess the below attributes -
- The ability to understand / read technical drawings ; Accurately measuring and working to tolerances.
- Must be able to complete a job from start to finish. Using multiple engineering practices
- Fully experienced in MIG welding mild steel up to 12mm thickness;
- Competent with all hand and air tools;
- Would be advantageous if candidates can TIG weld as well.
- Ensure paper work is kept tidy;
- Any other tasks required by Production Team
The successful candidate will have to demonstrate welding skills at a weld test prior to starting. This will be carried out either on the date of interview or a pre-arranged date/time.
Required experience:
Welder fabrication - 10 years plus
Salary dependant on Experience and discussed at the point of application.
