Garden & Grounds Assistant (Cargo Bike Team) – Bournemouth & Poole
Are you fit, active, and enjoy being outdoors? Do you have a positive attitude, take pride in your work, and like cycling? We are looking for reliable and motivated individuals to join our growing team maintaining gardens across the Bournemouth and Poole area using eco-friendly cargo bikes.
This is a unique opportunity to combine outdoor physical work with cycling between sites while being part of a friendly and expanding local business.
What You’ll Be Doing.
- General garden maintenance for residential and commercial clients
- Lawn mowing, strimming, weeding, pruning, hedge trimming, and planting
- Keeping gardens tidy, healthy, and well presented
- Travelling between jobs on a cargo bike provided by the company
- Working independently and as part of a supportive team
- Providing a friendly and professional service to customers
What We’re Looking For
- A positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and willingness to work hard
- Must be fit, active, and comfortable with physical outdoor work
- Confident cyclist / regular bike rider
- Punctual, reliable, and dependable
- Able to work independently and use initiative
- Pride in your work and attention to detail
- Gardening or horticultural experience is preferred
- Horticultural qualifications are a bonus.
