Our ideal candidate
The ideal candidate will be passionate, committed, reliable, enthusiastic, fun, communicate effectively and have an excellent grasp of the English language both spoken and written. Available to work flexible early, late or school hours shifts and alternate weekends.
You will be responsible for assisting clients with daily living activities while ensuring their comfort and safety.equires a proactive approach to care, including the ability to follow care plans and adapt to the individual needs of each client.

Duties
- Assist clients with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Support clients with mobility and transfers, ensuring their safety at all times.
- Prepare meals and assist with dietary needs according to care plans.
- Provide companionship and engage clients in meaningful conversations and activities.
- Maintain accurate records of care provided and report any changes in client condition.
- Drive clients to appointments or social activities as required.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to implement effective care plans.
- Utilise IT skills for documentation and communication purposes.
Experience
- Previous experience in home care or a care home setting is highly desirable.
- Very Strong communication skills in English are essential for effective interaction with clients and their families.
- Ability to understand and follow care plans meticulously.
- A valid driving licence and access to your own car is essential to facilitate transportation of clients.
- Familiarity with IT systems and a smart phone for record keeping and communication is advantageous.
