You will be an experienced chef with a strong fresh food background, ready to step into a key role within the kitchen.
You’ll be confident supporting the Head Chef, leading the team in their absence and ensuring standards remain consistently high.
As Sous Chef you will:
- Support the Head Chef in the day-to-day running of the kitchen
- Lead the team during service, ensuring consistency and quality
- Assist with menu development and seasonal changes
- Help train, mentor and develop junior members of the brigade
- Manage kitchen operations including stock control, ordering and compliance
