No.1 Race Mechanic Required – Immediate Start (initial contract to End of 2026 Season )
RABsport Racing is looking for an experienced No.1 Mechanic to join the team for the remainder of the season on a contract basis.
Working across:
Ginetta Junior Championship (experience essential)
Citroën C1 Endurance Series
Fast-paced, high-pressure environment working with young drivers.
Role includes:
- Workshop preparation
- Race/event support
- Car setup, maintenance & fault diagnosis
Requirements:
Proven Ginetta Junior (or equivalent / higher level) experience
Ability to perform under pressure
Strong organisation & communication
Full UK driving licence
Must be willing to undergo a DBS check
Workshop based in Cumbria just outside the stunning Lake District + UK and European event travel
Job Type: Fixed term contract
Contract length: 8 months
