Aiming to shine a light on this relatively untapped cuisine, Lahpet has been popularising traditional Burmese cooking by presenting Londoners with regional specialties with a hint of refinement and contemporary flare.
We're seeking an upbeat and highly competent waiter or waitress to join the team at Shoreditch site.
Requirements:
- At least two years front of house / table waiting experience gained in a busy restaurant environment
- Hard working and professional
- Passionate about food and drink with an understanding of wine, craft beers and spirits
- Friendly, approachable and can keep a cool head under pressure whilst presenting well
- Experience of managing a reservations platform and meeting and greeting customers
- An interest, understanding and passion for South East Asian cooking would be beneficial but is not a prerequisite
