Key Responsibilities
- Leading and motivating team members to achieve individual and team objectives
- Providing ongoing coaching, mentoring, and performance support
- Supporting the onboarding and development of new team members
- Monitoring performance and identifying development opportunities
- Maintaining high standards of professionalism and customer experience
- Assisting with the delivery of business and campaign objectives
