Fully Funded Relocation Opportunity to New York
We're looking for ambitious Recruitment Consultants to join our growing Finance & Accountancy division in Belfast, with a relocation to New York in 12 months.
This isn't your typical recruitment role.
We're offering successful candidates the opportunity to build their career with us in Belfast before relocating to New York within 12 months' time as part of our continued US expansion plans. Full relocation support will be provided.

Salary Range (for the year of Belfast based work, salary in NY to be confirmed)
Competitive base salary (negotiable) plus uncapped commission;
Typical yearly earnings in current Belfast office;
- Year 1 - £40,000 - £50,000
- Year 2- £50,000 - £80,000
- Year 3 - £80,000 +
* based on current team averages, however some team members have made year 3 earnings in year 1 and 2
About the Role
You'll join an established and growing Finance & Accountancy recruitment team, working with clients and candidates across specialist markets.
From day one, you'll receive training, support and mentorship to help you develop your desk, build lasting client relationships and become a high-performing recruiter.
As you progress, you'll have the opportunity to play a key role in our US growth strategy, with a planned relocation to New York within 12 months.
What You'll Be Doing
- Managing the full recruitment process from business development through to placement
- Building and developing relationships with new and existing clients
- Sourcing, interviewing and managing high-quality candidates
- Negotiating offers and managing the recruitment process through to completion
- Developing specialist market knowledge within Finance & Accountancy
- Working towards individual and team revenue targets
- Contributing to the continued growth of our US business

Experience Needed:
- Previous recruitment experience (6 months +)
- Experience in agency recruitment is advantageous
