Parts Advisor/Trade Counter Assistant
£28,000 | Monday–Friday + Overtime on Weekend Rota
The Role
You’ll be the go-to person for parts advice and supply, ensuring customers and engineers receive the right parts first time, every time.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Advising customers and selling parts across a wide range of agricultural equipment
- Supporting workshop and field service engineers with accurate parts supply
- Managing stock levels and maintaining an organised stores environment
- Ordering specialist parts when required
- Carrying out stock checks and ensuring delivery accuracy
- Building strong relationships with customers and suppliers
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience in agricultural, plant machinery, HGV, commercial vehicle, or machinery parts (essential)
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Good IT skills and experience using parts systems
- Organised, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
