Your day-to-day will involve:
- Lead Management: Dominating a busy inbox and phone line to qualify motivated buyers.
- The Hustle: Organising and conducting viewings across a diverse portfolio.
- The Deal: Negotiating offers with grit and precision.
- The Finish Line: Managing full sales progression and closing deals efficiently.

Must-Haves:
- Experience: 1–2 years in property sales or property related role.
- A valid UK driver’s license and your own reliable vehicle.
- The Mindset: You are hungry for commission, organised enough to handle a heavy caseload, and sharp enough to close on the spot.
Skills Required
- Proven administrative experience with excellent organisational abilities
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively engage with clients and team members
- Multilingual capabilities are highly desirable to assist diverse client bases
- Exceptional organisational skills to manage multiple client accounts and appointments efficiently
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- A proactive attitude with a keen eye for detail and problem-solving skills
