As an Apple Expert and Deputy Manager, you will play a crucial role in assisting the Store Manager ensuring the smooth operation of the store, delivering exceptional customer service and overseeing a team of dedicated professionals securing a positive shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Store Manager in daily operations.
- Lead and motivate the team to achieve sales targets.
- Assist in the recruitment, training, and development of staff members.
- Manage inventory and perform regular stock checks.
- Handle administrative tasks and ensure accurate record-keeping.
- Provide excellent customer service and product recommendations.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain a tidy, clean and organised store environment.
- Stay informed about tech trends and product releases.
- Book repair appointments for customers.
- Flexibility with your schedule as work hours will be based on business needs during store opening times
- Ensure full compliance with Apple and iStore procedures.
Key Qualifications:
- Good understanding of technology in general.
- Ability to qualify as an Apple Champion+.
- Proven supervisory experience in retail.
- Strong administrative and quality control skills.

Pay Range:
Hourly pay + Bonus depending on qualifications gained and performance.
