South Coast Payments are a growing payments company based in Chichester, helping local businesses save money on card machines, payment solutions and EPOS systems.
We’re looking for someone confident, driven and positive to join the team as a Lead Generator. This is mainly a phone-based role focused on speaking to local businesses, generating interest and booking appointments for our Area Managers.
Previous call centre, telesales or phone-based sales experience is preferred, as confidence on the phone and the ability to handle conversations with businesses is a big part of the role. Any form of industry experience would be advantageous but not essential.
The Role:
- Cold calling local businesses
- Booking appointments for the sales team
- Email marketing
- Following up inbound enquiries
- Managing and updating customer records
- Helping rebook and renew existing customers
- Supporting day-to-day sales activity
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous call centre, telesales or sales experience preferred
- Confident and comfortable speaking on the phone
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Good communication skills
- Self-motivated and target driven
- Organised and reliable
