HGV C+E (Class 1) Driver – Day Shift

General Overview
We operate a variety of delivery vehicles Nationwide as a member of the Palletways Network alongside services such as general groupage/full loads and storage to complete the full package. Our primary objective is to deliver a quality service, making deliveries safely, securely and on time, and responding to the needs of our customers in a professional and timely manner. We have a strong reputation and strive to recruit quality staff to maintain it.
Position
Due to our ongoing growth we urgently need to recruit a capable and experienced HGV C+E (Class 1) Driver on day shifts between the hours of 04:00 – 19:00, no nights-out. The ideal candidate will have a professional & conscientious approach, fully compliant with vehicle safety and legislation, daily checks & load safety, safe driving and best practice. A positive “can-do” attitude is vital.
Full time PAYE role:
· Licence – HGV C+E (Class 1)
· Must hold Driver CPC Card
· No nights out
· Curtain-sided trailers
· Time sensitive work
· Weekly paid
· Auto-enrolled Pension Scheme (after probationary period)
· Uniform provided
· On site parking
· Excellent pay – OTE circa 41k
· Immediate start
