Job Description:
Job Purpose
ICE Data Services, a subsidiary of Intercontinental Exchange (ICE), offers an exciting opportunity for a Desktop Specialist to join a high-performing team focused on delivering technical product expertise, supporting client adoption, and driving revenue growth across the Energy and Commodities markets.

You will thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment that blends technical problem-solving with client engagement, and you will contribute both individually and as part of a collaborative team.

-
Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular engagement, including training sessions, on-site floor walks, and virtual meetings
-
Support the development and rollout of new product initiatives, acting as a subject matter expert and key point of contact for priority markets and products.
