Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise kitchen staff to ensure efficient food preparation and service
- Oversee daily kitchen operations, including food production, cooking, and presentation

- Ensure compliance with all food safety regulations and hygiene standards
- Manage inventory levels, order supplies, and control waste to optimise costs
- Train and mentor junior kitchen staff, fostering a positive team environment
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation within the kitchen at all times
- Collaborate with front-of-house teams to ensure seamless service delivery
- Monitor food quality during preparation and presentation to uphold brand standards
