Duties:
- Perform advanced diagnostics and fault-finding on luxury and prestige vehicles, ensuring accurate and efficient repairs
- Carry out complex mechanical and electrical repairs adhering to manufacturer standards
- Support and mentor junior technicians, sharing technical expertise and ensuring best practice
- Ensure all work is completed within set timeframes, maintaining high standards of workmanship
- Provide exceptional customer service by maintaining quality and satisfaction levels
Requirements:
- Level 3 qualification in Light Vehicle Maintenance & Repair (or equivalent)
- Proven experience as a Senior / Master Vehicle Technician, ideally within a prestige or performance vehicle environment
- Demonstrable expertise in diagnostics, mechanical, and electrical systems
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering excellent workmanship
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team to meet demanding targets
- Full, clean UK driving licence
