Housekeeper / Housekeeping Supervisor
Elevate the guest experience as a Housekeeping Supervisor.
On behalf of our client, we are looking for a meticulous and dedicated Housekeeping Supervisor to lead their team in maintaining the impeccable standards of their 45-bedroom hotel. You will play a vital role in ensuring that every room and public space reflects the luxury and elegance their guests expect from their stay.
Key Responsibilities
Supervising and motivating the housekeeping team to maintain high cleanliness standards.
Conducting daily inspections of guest rooms and public areas to ensure perfection.
Coordinating with the front-of-house team to manage room turnovers and special requests.
Managing inventory levels of linens, amenities, and cleaning supplies.
Training new team members on the hotel’s specific luxury service protocols.
The Ideal Candidate
Previous experience in a supervisory capacity, ideally within a luxury, boutique, or 5-star hotel environment. The client would also consider an experienced Housekeeper searching for progression and the next step in their career.
A keen eye for detail—you notice what others miss.
Strong leadership skills with a hands-on approach to daily operations.
A proactive communicator who prides themselves on team excellence.
What Is On Offer
Hours: 40 hours per week (8:00 AM – 4:30 PM).
Salary: Up to £29,500 per annum.
