Store Manager – Cheat Daze
CHEAT DAZE is a creative, fast-paced and customer-focused dessert brand with over 10 stores nationwide.
We're looking for an enthusiastic, driven and reliable Store Manager to lead our team and deliver an outstanding customer experience every day. You'll be responsible for ensuring the store runs smoothly, maintaining high standards, motivating your team and leading by example in a busy environment.
We are looking for someone who is well-presented, organised, confident in leading a team, and able to make decisions under pressure. You'll be hands-on in all aspects of the business, from serving customers and preparing desserts to managing staff, stock and daily operations.
Whilst we will provide training on our products and systems, you will need to be proactive, self-motivated and committed to maintaining the high standards expected across the Cheat Daze brand.
Presentation of our desserts is essential, so attention to detail is key, along with excellent communication and leadership skills.
We are recruiting a full-time Store Manager who is available to work evenings and weekends.
Shop opening times:
- Monday – Thursday: 5:00pm – 1:00am
- Friday – Sunday: 4:00pm – 2:00am
Responsibilities
- Lead, motivate and support the store team during each shift.
- Ensure excellent customer service is delivered at all times.
- Oversee the day-to-day running of the store.
- Take customer orders and handle cash and card payments when required.
- Ensure desserts and drinks are prepared to brand standards.
- Manage opening and closing procedures.
- Prepare and oversee takeaway and delivery orders.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, food hygiene and health & safety.
- Carry out stock counts, manage stock levels and place orders where required.
- Train, coach and develop team members.
- Monitor staff performance and ensure procedures are consistently followed.
- Handle customer queries and resolve complaints professionally.
- Ensure the store consistently meets operational and brand standards.

- Have previous experience in a supervisory or management role within hospitality, retail or fast food.
- Are confident leading a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Are flexible to work evenings and weekends.

Experience:
- Hospitality, retail or fast food management: 1 year minimum (preferred).
Pay: £10.00-£13.00 per hour
