We are a well-established, family-run private dental practice located in the heart of Kingston upon Thames, just opposite Kingston Station, close to the Thames, and Bentall's shopping centre. We pride ourselves on providing exceptional dental care in a warm, welcoming environment and are looking for a Patient Coordinator / Dental Receptionist to join our growing team. Full training provided.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a long-term career within dentistry. Previous dental experience is welcomed but not essential, as full training will be provided for the right candidate.
About the Role
As the first point of contact for our patients, you will play a key role in creating a positive experience from the moment they walk through our doors.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Welcoming patients and providing exceptional customer service
- Managing appointments and maintaining the practice diary
- Handling telephone and email enquiries
- Assisting patients with treatment plans and appointments
- Supporting patients throughout their treatment journey
- Processing payments and maintaining accurate records
- Liaising with clinicians and the wider practice team
- Helping to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the practice

- A strong communicator with excellent telephone and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable working in a busy environment
- Proactive, reliable and eager to learn
- Passionate about delivering outstanding patient care
Desirable but Not Essential
- Previous dental reception or treatment coordinator experience
- Experience in sales, hospitality, healthcare, retail, customer service or administration
- Knowledge of I.T
- Sales or customer relationship experience
