About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Cover supervisor to work in specialist settings across SEN/SEMH In Salford and Oldham. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of young people by supporting their personal, social, and emotional development alongside their academic journey.
As a Cover supervisor, you will play a vital role in managing a classroom and covering various subjects. Also supporting behaviour management strategies, and helping pupils overcome barriers to learning.
A successful Cover Supervisor in SEND Settings will;

Have previous experience as a Cover Supervisor (THIS IS ESSENTIAL)

Worked with children that have SEN/SEMH Needs

Experience with EHCP’S

Be confident in managing a classroom

Be inspired to help students learn in new and exciting ways

Able to cover various subjects when needed

Have excellent communications skills
