An excellent opportunity has arisen for an ambitious and experienced Deputy Manager to support the Registered Manager of a children's residential home that has recently been inspected by Ofsted and achieved a Good rating.

The Role
As Registered Manager, you will be responsible for the overall leadership, management and development of the home, ensuring the highest standards of care, safeguarding and compliance are maintained.
You will:
- Lead and motivate a dedicated residential team
- Maintain full compliance with Ofsted regulations and quality standards
- Drive positive outcomes for children and young people
- Manage staffing, recruitment, supervision and development
- Oversee care planning, risk management and safeguarding practices
- Build strong relationships with local authorities, families and professionals
- Develop and implement service improvement plans
- Work towards achieving and maintaining Outstanding standards
About You
To be successful, you'll have:
- Previous experience as a Registered Manager within a children's residential home
- Strong knowledge of Ofsted regulations and inspection frameworks
- Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (or equivalent)
- Proven leadership and people management skills
- A passion for delivering outstanding care and outcomes
- Excellent organisational, communication and decision-making abilities
- A proactive and ambitious approach to service development
