Duties

- Manage online reputation by addressing feedback, reviews, and inquiries proactively.
- Organise virtual or live events to foster community relations and enhance brand visibility.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in social media management, public relations, and digital marketing.
Requirements
- Proven experience or strong interest in public relations and social media management.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a professional demeanour.
- Organised with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
- Creative thinker with an eye for compelling content creation.
- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Knowledge of analytics tools such as Google Analytics or native social media insights is desirable.
