Full Time & Part Time – Days and Night Shifts - Weekend Opportunities Available
As a preferred partner of Surrey and Sussex ICB, Unity Care Solutions have opportunities across Hastings, Eastbourne, Hailsham, Bexhill, Lewes and surrounding areas. We are looking for experienced Healthcare Assistants (HCA’s) to join our growing community care team.
If you have experience supporting individuals with complex care, within a community or hospital setting and want a rewarding role where you genuinely make a difference, we'd love to hear from you.

What We're Looking For
- Experience supporting complex care needs
- Compassionate and reliable approach
- Full UK driving licence desirable
- Right to work in the UK (no sponsorship available)
- Willingness to undertake an Enhanced DBS check
Experience In Any of the Following Is Beneficial:
- Epilepsy management
- Tracheostomy care
- Gastrostomy care
- Medication administration
- Personal care & manual handling
- Learning disabilities
- Complex healthcare needs
Additional specialist training available for the right candidates.
