We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Audiologist to join our healthcare team. Duties
- Conduct comprehensive hearing assessments and balance evaluations for patients of all ages.
- Diagnose auditory and vestibular conditions based on test results and patient histories.
- Develop personalised treatment plans, including fitting hearing aids, assistive listening devices, and providing counselling.
- Educate patients and their families about hearing health, device usage, and maintenance.
- Perform regular equipment calibration and maintenance to ensure accurate testing procedures.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care programmes.
- Keep detailed records of assessments, treatments, and patient progress in accordance with clinical guidelines.
- Stay updated with advances in audiological technology and best practices through ongoing professional development.
Requirements
- A recognised degree in Audiology or Speech and Language Therapy with audiology specialisation.
- Registration or licensure with the relevant professional body (e.g., RCCP or HCPC).
- Proven experience in conducting audiometric assessments and fitting hearing devices is desirable but not essential for recent graduates willing to learn on the job.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex information clearly to patients of diverse backgrounds.
- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail in record keeping and equipment management.
- Compassionate approach with a genuine desire to improve patient outcomes.

Pay: £45,000.00-£60,000.00 per year
