Overview
We are seeking a talented and motivated Self Employed Brow & Lash Technician to join our beauty team. This role offers flexible working arrangements, allowing you to operate independently while delivering exceptional beauty treatments. The ideal candidate will have a passion for enhancing clients’ natural beauty, excellent customer service skills, and a professional approach to their craft. As a self-employed professional, you will be responsible for managing your own appointments and building a loyal client base.
Duties
- Providing customised brow and lash treatments, which can include: shaping, tinting, extensions, micro blading, HD/Lamination, lash lifts.
- Conducting consultations to understand clients’ preferences and advise on suitable services
- Ensuring all treatments are performed to high standards of hygiene and safety
- Maintaining a clean and organised workspace in accordance with health regulations
- Managing your own schedule, bookings, and client records efficiently (we also have a reception team to help)
- Promoting your services through social media and word-of-mouth to grow your clientele
- Offering excellent customer service to ensure client satisfaction and repeat business
Skills
- Proven experience specialising in brow and lash enhancements
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse clients
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written
- Organised with the ability to manage appointments and maintain detailed client records
- A professional attitude with attention to detail and a passion for beauty artistry
- Ability to work independently as a self-employed professional, demonstrating reliability and initiative, but also with a team in the salon
