Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled DM to join our team. Duties
- Supervise daily operational activities, ensuring adherence to company policies and safety regulations
- Assist in the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems and equipment
- Monitor equipment performance and identify potential issues before they escalate
- Conduct routine inspections and testing of electrical components to ensure compliance with standards
- Collaborate with technical teams to optimise operational efficiency and minimise downtime
- Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, inspections, and repairs
- Support training programmes for staff on safety procedures and operational best practices
- Participate in safety meetings and contribute to the development of safety protocols
Requirements
- Proven experience in a similar supervisory or technical role with a focus on electrical systems
- Strong electrical experience with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues effectively
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations relevant to industrial or manufacturing environments
- Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and operational needs
