Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in various settings, including commercial spaces within the home. This role requires a strong commitment to customer service and the ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.
Responsibilities
- Perform cleaning duties in assigned areas, ensuring high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
- Dust, vacuum, and mop floors, as well as clean windows, surfaces, and fixtures.
- Deep clean rota bedroom daily.
- Make the beds every morning.
- Handle waste disposal and ensure proper recycling practices are followed.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel.
- Provide excellent customer service by responding to client requests and addressing concerns promptly.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure all cleaning tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Maintain cleaning equipment and supplies, ensuring they are in good working condition.
Skills
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact positively with clients and colleagues.
- Experience in commercial cleaning or care home environments is highly desirable.
- Attention to detail with a focus on delivering quality results.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Good time management skills to complete tasks within designated timeframes.
- Basic knowledge of cleaning products, equipment, and safety procedures.
