Multi Trades Recruitment is looking for a CNC Setter / Operator to begin work for a well-established company in the Rotherham area.
About the role:
- Working Hours - Monday to Thursday, 10-hour shifts, rotating days and nights
- Day Shift - 6am to 4pm
- Night Shift - 8pm to 6am
- Pay Rate - £22.50 per hour
- Setting and operating CNC machines, ideally horizontal machining centres. Duties will include running pre-written programmes, loading and unloading components safely, changing jobs and parts over efficiently, setting tools and fixtures, carrying out basic offsets and adjustments, measuring finished components, and reading engineering drawings to check machined parts against specification.

About You:

- You must be a time served/qualified CNC Setter / Operator
- CNC setting and operating experience
- Experience with horizontal machining centres would be ideal
- Experience machining fabricated or heavy engineering components
- Able to read engineering drawings and use measuring equipment
- Experience with Fanuc, Heidenhain, Siemens or similar controls would be useful
