Chartered Surveyor - HA8
An opportunity has arisen to join our firm of Chartered Surveyors based in and around Greater London, carrying out a range of tasks across commercial and residential real estate.
The Role:
-Valuing commercial property
-Valuing residential property
-Valuing development land
-Updating clients regarding timescales required to complete the valuation
-Meeting tight deadlines
-Being able to work remotely
About You:
-We ask that all applicants have a minimum of 2 years’ experience in valuing properties - MRICS/FRICS qualification and Valuer Registration is a prerequisite.
-A full driving license is essential for this role.
