Hospitality Tech360 (HT360) is the UK's dedicated event for hospitality technology, bringing together innovative technology providers and hospitality operators to explore the solutions shaping the future of the sector.

Part of Food, Drink & Hospitality Week at ExCeL London, HT360 has successfully established itself within the market and is entering an exciting phase of growth. We are now looking for an ambitious commercial professional to help accelerate that growth by securing new business, expanding existing partnerships and delivering against ambitious commercial targets.

The level of appointment will depend on experience, with opportunities available from Commercial Executive through to Commercial Manager.

The Opportunity

This is a sales-first role for someone who thrives on winning new business and achieving targets.

We are looking for a commercially driven individual with a hunter mentality who enjoys identifying opportunities, opening doors, building relationships and converting prospects into long-term partners.

You will be responsible for selling exhibition space and sponsorship opportunities across HT360, working with both existing customers and new prospects. You will become a trusted partner to the hospitality technology community, attending industry events, building market knowledge and positioning HT360 as a must-attend event within the sector.

For more experienced candidates, the role will also include strategic account development, contributing to the overall commercial strategy for the event.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Revenue Generation

Deliver and exceed individual revenue targets across exhibition space, sponsorship and associated commercial products.
Proactively identify, qualify and convert new business opportunities.
Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline through outbound prospecting, networking and market research.
Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation through to contract completion.
Negotiate commercial agreements and close deals effectively.
Maximise revenue opportunities from existing clients through upselling and cross-selling initiatives.

Relationship Management

Develop strong relationships with exhibitors, sponsors and key industry stakeholders.
Understand client objectives and create tailored commercial solutions.
Act as an ambassador for HT360 and Montgomery Group within the hospitality and technology sectors.
Attend industry networking events, conferences and competitor events to generate leads and build market intelligence.

Event Development

Work collaboratively with Marketing, Operations and Project teams to support the continued growth of HT360.
Gather and share market feedback to inform future event development.
Maintain accurate floorplan management and forecasting.
Ensure CRM data, pipeline reporting and prospect information are consistently updated and maintained.

Leadership & Strategic Contribution (Commercial Manager Level)

Support the development and coaching of junior sales team members.
Contribute to commercial planning and sales strategy.
Lead key account relationships and major partnership negotiations.
Drive best practice across sales processes and performance management.

Preferred

Commercial Executive

Previous sales experience, ideally within exhibitions, events, media, hospitality tech or B2B sales.
Demonstrable experience of working towards targets and KPIs

Commercial Manager

Proven track record of success within exhibition, sponsorship or B2B event sales.
Experience managing strategic accounts and complex commercial negotiations.
Previous mentoring or line management experience desirable.

The central London, dog friendly offices are close to the bustle of Oxford Street & Marylebone High Street with access to the private gardens in Manchester Square . Hybrid working is offered to all applicants with a minimum of at least 3 days in the office, Monday, Tuesday and Thursday. Core hours are 9-5pm, flexibility outside these hours will be required to suit the needs of the business.
