Job Summary
We are seeking reliable and professional Freelance Domestic Cleaners to join our team in the Elmbridge area. This flexible role offers the opportunity to work independently, providing high-quality cleaning services to a variety of clients. Ideal candidates will have a keen eye for detail, excellent organisational skills, and a friendly approach to customer service. Previous experience in cleaning or related fields is advantageous
This is a self-employed / freelance role only and in the Elmbridge area and surrounding ( Esher, Hersham, Walton on Thames, Weybridge, Molesey, West Molesey, East Molesey, Shepperton, and surrounding areas) )
We work with a range of clients in the area who require different types of cleaning services, including:
- Weekly cleaning
- Monthly cleaning
- One-off cleans
- End of tenancy cleaning
- Property-related cleaning projects
- And other domestic cleaning services
We aim to provide high-quality cleaning services and work to strong cleaning standards to ensure our clients are always satisfied.
We are looking to build a trusted team of dedicated cleaners, offering support, flexibility, and open communication while listening to our cleaners’ needs.
Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of residential properties, including kitchens, bathrooms, living areas, and bedrooms
- Use appropriate cleaning products and equipment to ensure high standards of hygiene and presentation
- Maintain organisation of cleaning supplies and equipment at each site
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their specific requirements and preferences
- Manage your own schedule to optimise efficiency across multiple appointments
- Ensure all work is completed within agreed timeframes while maintaining quality standards
- Report any issues or damages observed during cleaning to the relevant contact
Requirements:
- Previous cleaning experience preferred
- References required
- Valid right to work documentation in the UK
- DBS check preferred (or willingness to obtain one)
- Preferably with public liability insurance but no compulsory
- Must be able to work as a freelancer / self-employed cleaner
- Good attention to detail, professionalism, and reliability
