We are a small team with high growth ambitions. This role offers direct exposure to real client work from day one, not just basic processing work.
The Role
This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced environment with high responsibility from an early stage.
You will be involved in core accounting work and expected to take ownership as you develop.
You will gain experience across:
- Statutory accounts preparation
- Corporation tax
- VAT returns, including cross-border VAT
- Bookkeeping using Xero and VT
- Management accounts
- Payroll using Payroll Manager
- Client-facing work and communication
You will also gain exposure to international clients and cross-border VAT advisory.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in an accountancy practice
- AAT Level 3 or higher, or studying ACCA or ACA
- Able to commute daily to Loudwater (HP10)
- Strong attention to detail and organisation
- Clear communication skills
