Highley Manor is a beautiful country manor house wedding venue where every detail matters. We are looking for a dedicated and reliable Housekeeper to join our friendly team and help us create a welcoming, immaculate environment for our couples and their guests.
From beautifully presented bedrooms to pristine public areas, our Housekeeping Team plays a vital role in ensuring every wedding and overnight stay exceeds expectations. If you take pride in your work, have a keen eye for detail, and enjoy working as part of a supportive team, we'd love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and maintain guest bedrooms to an exceptional standard.
- Ensure all public areas, including lounges, corridors, toilets and event spaces, are clean, tidy and welcoming throughout the day.
- Support the team in preparing the venue for weddings, events and overnight guests.
- Replenish guest amenities, towels, toiletries and housekeeping supplies.
- Carry out deep cleaning duties as required.
- Report any maintenance issues or damage promptly to management.
- Follow all health and safety procedures and cleaning protocols.
- Work efficiently to ensure bedrooms and venue areas are ready within required timescales.
- Take pride in maintaining the high presentation standards expected of a luxury wedding venue.
About You
We're looking for someone who:
- Has excellent attention to detail and takes pride in delivering high standards.
- Is reliable, hardworking and enjoys working as part of a team.
- Can work efficiently whilst maintaining quality.
- Has a positive attitude and is happy to support colleagues when needed.
- Is flexible and able to work weekends and bank holidays, as these are our busiest times.
- Previous housekeeping or commercial cleaning experience is desirable but not essential, as full training will be provided.
