We're looking for a Senior Recruitment Consultant with a minimum of 2 years' recruitment experience. While experience in education recruitment would be highly advantageous, we welcome applications from recruiters across all sectors who have the drive, ambition, and leadership potential to grow with us.

The Role
As a Senior Recruitment Consultant, you will:
- Develop and manage your own recruitment desk
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates
- Identify and win new business opportunities
- Deliver exceptional service throughout the recruitment process
- Mentor and support colleagues as the team grows
- Contribute to the development of the new Crewe office
- Help create a high-performing, positive team culture
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 2 years' recruitment experience
- Education recruitment experience desirable but not essential
- Proven ability to develop business and manage client relationships
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Ambitious, driven, and self-motivated
- Leadership potential and a desire to progress into management
- A team player who contributes positively to workplace culture
