Residential Property Solicitor/Conveyancer (CILEX/CLC) – Central London (Hybrid)

A leading Central London law firm is expanding its Residential Conveyancing team and is seeking experienced Solicitors/Conveyancers (CILEX or CLC) to manage a varied caseload in a modern, supportive environment.
The Role
- Manage your own residential caseload, alongside admin and 1:1 paralegal support.
- Handle files from instruction to completion using advanced CMS/tech.
- Liaise with clients, lenders, brokers, agents and other solicitors.
- Provide clear legal advice and resolve complex enquiries.
What We’re Looking For
- Qualified Solicitor, CILEX Lawyer or Licensed Conveyancer with a current Practising Certificate
- 2+ years’ experience running a residential conveyancing caseload
- New Build/Shared Ownership experience is preferred but not essential.
- Option to work solely within Sales & Purchase if you prefer not to handle New Build work.
- Excellent communication, organisation and problem‑solving skills.
- Confident working independently and as part of a team.
