Overview
We are seeking a reliable and dedicated Cleaner Trainer to join our team. In this role, you will train new cleaners to deliver professional cleaning standards before they begin their regular cleaning rounds. Full training will be provided.
Please note: Applicants must have their own transport and be able to drive between job locations.
Responsibilities
- Train cleaners to carry out professional cleaning tasks
- Perform cleaning duties including dusting, mopping, sweeping, and vacuuming
- Clean and sanitise bathrooms, kitchens, and communal areas
- Empty bins and dispose of waste appropriately
- Use and store cleaning equipment safely and correctly
- Report any maintenance or repair issues to management
- Deliver excellent customer service when interacting with clients
Requirements
- Must have own vehicle and valid driving licence
- Ability to travel between multiple job locations during the day (for example, a 5-hour job followed by a 3-hour job located 10 minutes away)
- Good English communication skills
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
- Reliable, punctual, and professional attitude
