Job Summary
We are seeking cooks and kitchen staff to join our team in preparing delicious meals for our customers, serving and waiting tables. The ideal candidate will be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment. The job entails working a variety of shift patterns and late nights, so I would be more suited to older people.
Responsibilities
- Assist in cooking a variety of dishes following recipes
- Ensure food preparation meets high-quality standards
- Maintain a clean and organised kitchen area
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations
- Be able to serve customers in an efficient manner with good people skills
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Cook or similar role
- Knowledge of food safety practices
- Ability to work well under pressure in a busy kitchen
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Excellent teamwork and communication abilities
- Relevant culinary qualifications are desirable but not essential.
