The Role
We're looking for a physically capable, well-presented operative to join the team. You'll be working across a variety of commercial sites, delivering high-quality grounds maintenance to our clients.
Core hours are 24 per week (Monday–Thursday), with the opportunity for additional hours as we continue to win new contracts.
What you'll be doing:
- Mowing and strimming
- Hedge cutting and border maintenance
- Litter picking and leaf clearance
- Weedkilling (full training and licensing provided)
What we're looking for:
- Physically fit — the role is hands-on and outdoors year-round
- Well-presented and professional at all times
- Positive attitude and a strong work ethic
- Confident interacting with clients and site contacts
- Grounds maintenance or landscaping experience is a bonus, but not essential
- PA1/PA6 spraying licence — desirable, not required
- CS30/CS31 chainsaw ticket — desirable, not required
