Are you passionate about delivering great customer service and enjoy keeping things organised? We're looking for a Customer Service Administrator to join the Liberation Wholesale team and play a key role in supporting our customers and our busy office.
At Liberation Group, we're an award-winning business with a passion for great drinks, outstanding service, and creating exceptional experiences for our customers. This is a fantastic opportunity to become part of our friendly Customer Service team, working 20 hours per week across Monday to Friday.
What you'll be doing:

Providing excellent customer service by handling customer queries and resolving complaints.

Processing customer orders accurately and efficiently.

Promoting and upselling our product range where appropriate.

Updating Excel order sheets for customers and Account Managers.

Processing and posting customer credits.
-
Working closely with colleagues across different departments to ensure everything runs smoothly.

Supporting the team with general office administration.
What we're looking for:

Have excellent communication skills and enjoy building relationships with people at all levels.

Are confident using Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.

Have a professional and friendly telephone manner.

Can confidently negotiate, resolve issues and find practical solutions.
